Make quick work of coal deliveries in tight spaces with the HO Coal Trestle kit from Cornerstone! Installed in tight city lots and rural locations, the prototypes used gravity to speed unloading (and retun to the railroads) of hoppers from the 1900s to the 1960s. Other features include:
- Molded ramp simplifies modeling track on grade
- Detailed trestle with supports, abutment, railing and walkway - optional bulkheads to build below-track storage bins also included
- Separate coal conveyor - prototypes also moved sand and gravel from hoppers to trucks
