Accurately reproduced 1939-1941 era weld lines (not postwar/modern warbird style) with nozzle outlet shapes finer and deeper than can be attained with injection moulding. This type of exhaust was introduced into Spitfire production in mid-late July 1939 and is suitable for the last few dozen Spitfire Mk.I (Early) produced (at least from serial number L1068 to L1096), the Spitfire Mk.Ia (Mid & Late), Mk.Ib, Mk.IIa/b, Mk.Va and Mk.Vb (Early). This style of exhaust manifold was also found on Mk.I/II Hurricanes and some other early Merlin engine powered aircraft.

Designed for the Kotare kitset but could possibly be modified to fit others with some effort.
