Toyota AE86 Corolla Levin GT-APEX (1985)
The AE86 Levin, which appeared in May 1983, dared to adopt an FR layout at a time when FF was the norm, and the engine was changed from the 2T-G of the previous generation to the newly developed 4A-G. The AE86 Levin and its sibling, the Trueno, came in two body variations: a 3-door hatchback and a 2-door coupe. The model name was changed according to the engine installed, with the AE86 model equipped with the 4A-G and the AE85 model equipped with the 1500cc 3A-U. The popularity of the AE86 and AE85 models is still strong today.
